29 October - That's So Camp! Intro to Burlesque

A beginners burlesque workshop that was super camp, queer and femme - think Drag, vogue, Padam Padam… hosted by the amazing Miss Tique from Suspensions Ariel Arts and Burlesque.

29 October - Carpark Roller Disco

A family-friendly roller skating disco held in a CBD carpark with the fabulous Margaret River Concrete Club.

30 October - Half Him; Half Her:

Author talk by Stephanie Vaughan

Busselton author and LGBTQIA+ advocate Stephanie Vaughan with an incredible author talk at the Busselton Public Library about her autobiographical book titled Half Him Half Her, telling the story of her being born intersex and having her genitals modified at birth, but not knowing until she was in her 50s.

30 October - West Australian LGBTQI+ History Talk

Former Australian Senator and LGBTQI+ activist Brian Greig OAM giving us a history lesson at the Old Courthouse Busselton.

31 October & 1 November - Intro to LGBTQIA+ Diversity & Inclusion

Hosted at the City of Busselton, and at the Naturaliste Community Centre, an introductory session to LGBTQIA+ Diversity and Inclusion, including key terms and definitions, barriers LGBTQIA+ people face, and tips on being a good ally.

1 November - Opening Closets Training

A free half day workshop delivered by Living Proud, funded by Healthway, and hosted by Busselton Dunsborough Alliance Against Depression.

2 November - Yoga in the Park

An early morning yoga session with Katie Yoga in Mitchell Park, with thanks to Building Busselton Town Team.

2 November - You Can't Ask That: Gender Identity Panel

A panel discussion on gender identity featuring members of the local transgender community, based on the ABC's television programme, the panel discussed hard and uncomfortable questions surrounding gender identity.

3 November - Drag Queen Storytime (for grownups)

An incredible (and naughty!) Storytime session just for adults! Drag Queen Fanta Sea delighted audiences with songs, story reading and a craft activity.
